C.To show where earworms come from.
D.To explain why earworms are bad for us.
Whether it’s fighting with brothers and sisters or being shouted at, family arguments aren’t nice. However, families arguing is common and finding ways to work it out is important.
Psychologist (心理学家) Dr. Emma Morris says that most families argue sometimes. “It’s quite normal,” she explains. “You may argue more with your family than with other people because you feel safe to show your emotions, and they will still love you.” Parents and carers are often the ones who set rules, which can cause disagreements. Brothers and sisters might fight over what is fair. Sometimes adults argue too, which can be upset.
Families argue for many reasons. Maybe it’s something small, like losing a game or feeling stressed about friendships or schoolwork. Adults might shout angrily because they’re worrying about a problem at work or a family member who gets ill. “Sometimes these pressures make us have more arguments than usual.” Dr Morris says. Hearing people you love get angry with each other can be difficult but there are ways to look after yourself.
The mental health organization, Young Minds, suggests taking a break when an argument starts. You can leave the room or get out for some fresh air. When you come back, you may see things differently. Write your feelings in a diary to help you understand an argument or speak to someone you trust. Talking it through can make you feel better. “Like anything, it needs practice to be good at dealing with arguments,” Morris says. Remember, it is not your mistake if other people argue. If you find it upset and don’t know what to do, you can ask someone you trust for help.

电流I/A 0.25 0.17 0.12 0.10
